Tasks
- Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Betreuung interner Schulungsprogramme.
- Aktive Beteiligung an Weiterbildungsprojekten für unterschiedliche Fachbereiche.
- Mitarbeit an der Einführung einen Learning Management Systems.
- Unterstützung im Reporting von weiterbildungsspezifischen KPI´s.
- Übernahme von administrativen Aufgaben im Bereich interne und externe Weiterbildung.
Profile
- Sie haben das 3. Fachsemester in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang absolviert.
- Der Schwerpunkt Ihres Studiums liegt idealerweise im Personalwesen.
- Sie beherrschen Englisch in Wort und Schrift und wenden die MS Office Produkte sicher an.
- Vorausdenken ist Ihre Leidenschaft und pragmatische Lösungen auf hohem Niveau sind Ihre Stärke.
- Sie sind begeistert von professioneller Personalarbeit und wollen bei uns ein attraktives Arbeitsumfeld gestalten.

- Während der Werkstudententätigkeit sind Sie Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das Sie mit viel Know-how und Engagement unterstützt.
- Die Stelle ist für 20 Stunden pro Woche ausgelegt, welche flexibel ausgestaltet werden können; auch teilweise als mobile Arbeit.
- Ihr Arbeitsort ist Homberg (Ohm) und von den Studentenstädten Gießen und Marburg innerhalb kürzester Zeit gut zu erreichen.
