Tasks
- Die disziplinarische Leitung Ihres Teams von zwei Mitarbeitenden übernehmen Sie gerne; gemeinsam sind Sie mit Fokus ,Technik/Funktionen‘ für Anlagen-Beschaffungen in der Region Europa zuständig.
- Sie führen fachlich über zwölf Projektmanager*innen für Investitionsvorhaben im Bereich ,Technologie‘ an fünf europäischen Standorten.
- Sie gestalten den technischen Investitionsprozess für die Region Europa.
- Die Projektmanagement-Standards für Anlagenbeschaffung, Funktionsprüfungen, Installation und Serienfreigabe vor Ort verantworten Sie.
- Sie bauen Beziehungen zu neuen Technologie-Lieferanten auf.
- Die Steuerung operative Exzellenz-Initiativen für den Bereich ,Technologie‘ treiben Sie voran.
Profile
- Sie haben erfolgreich ein wirtschaftsingenieur- bzw. ingenieur-wissenschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen.
- Dank Ihrer Führungserfahrung steuern und coachen Sie Ihr Team.
- In Ihrer mehrjährigen Berufserfahrung haben Sie Ihre Methodenkompetenz zu kontinuierlicher Verbesserung konstant in der Praxis erprobt.
- Innovationen voranzutreiben liegt Ihnen und Sie denken und handeln cross-funktional.
- Mit Ihrem Verhandlungsgeschick sind Sie erfolgreich und pragmatisches Projektmanagement selbstverständlich.
- Sie sprechen Deutsch wie Englisch fließend und sind bereit, auch international zu reisen.
