Tasks
Als IT System Administrator Helpdesk (m/w/d) im IT Customer Care übernehmen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit unserer modernen Produktionsanlagen.
- Die Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Office-PCs bis hin zu Roboterfertigungsanlagen ist im Fokus Ihrer Aufgabe.
- Sie installieren, warten und unterstützen im Client / Server sowie Cloud Umfeld, den IoT Landschaften und bei mobilen Endgeräten aller Art.
- Sie arbeiten bei IT-Projekten im gesamten Produktionsumfeld mit.
- Die Integration und Betreuung von Software und Geschäftslösungen sowie die Systemüberwachung und -analyse stellen Sie sicher.
- Kontinuierlich überwachen Sie die Systemverfügbarkeit.
- Bei Störungen analysieren und beseitigen Sie diese so rasch wie möglich.
Profile
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) mit Fachrichtung Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im Helpdesk und grosses Interesse an einer Weiterentwicklung im industriellen Umfeld.
- Ihre guten Kenntnisse in modernen IT Systemen wie M365, Softwareverteilung und IT Sicherheit bringen Sie bei uns ein.
- Sie legen Wert auf wertschätzende Kommunikation und handeln sowohl lösungs- als auch zielorientiert.
- Deutsch (C1/2) und Englisch (B2) beherrschen Sie fließend in Wort und Schrift.
