Tasks
Unterstützung im Sales Support Team bei:
- der Vorbereitung und der Erstellung von Budget und Forecasts in Zusammenarbeit mit den Key Account Managern und Sales Controlling
- der Vorbereitung von internen und externen Audits (IATF, THISAX)
- der Pflege und Aktualisierung von Sales Prozessen in unserem digitalen Tool CWA
- der Erstellung von Monats- und Adhoc-Analysen, sowie Ergebnis-Präsentationen für den Vertrieb
- der Pflege der Nutzerdatenbank von Kundenportalen
Profile
- Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du hast eine Affinität für Zahlen und Prozesse.
- Du interessierst dich für Controlling und kaufmännische Themen – idealerweise spiegeln sich diese Schwerpunkte auch in deinem Studium wider.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel).
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Surrounding conditions
- Die Tätigkeit ist auf 20 Wochenstunden ausgelegt. Dabei ist die Arbeitszeit flexibel gestaltbar und nach Absprache auch teilweise als mobile Arbeit möglich.
