Tasks
- Sie erstellen Versandaufträge, bearbeiten Transportreklamationen und prüfen Speditionsrechnungen.
- Sie avisieren nationale und internationale Sendungen bei Speditionen und erstellen die dazugehörigen Dokumente (Frachtbrief, Packstückaufkleber, Ursprungserzeugnis, etc.).
- Sie betreuen internationale Fahrer vor Ort bei der Abholung der von Ihnen avisierten Sendungen.
- Sie wickeln Exportvorgänge eigenständig unter Beachtung der länder- und kundenspezifischen Vorgaben ab und erstellen die dazugehörigen Dokumente in deutscher sowie englischer Sprache gemäß Akkreditivbedingungen.
Profile
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise zum/zur Speditionskaufmann/-frau.
- Sie konnten Erfahrung im o.g. Aufgabengebiet und in der Optimierung von Prozessen sammeln.
- Sie gehen sicher mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, und SAP um.
- Sie verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Sie zeichnet eine strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise aus.
- Sie überzeugen durch Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke.
- Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit mit und sind ein Organisationstalent.
