Tasks
In dieser Position unterstützt du unser IT-Team beim Auf- und Ausbau eines Asset Management Systems und trägst aktiv zur Transparenz und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft bei:
- Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Pflege eines IT-Asset-Management-Systems
- Erfassung, Verwaltung und Strukturierung von Hardware- und Software-Assets
- Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung von Prozessen und Daten im Asset Management
- Analyse vorhandener IT-Bestände und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Mithilfe bei der Integration in bestehende Systeme (z. B. ITSM-Tools)
- Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Reports
- Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft der IT (z. B. Inventarisierung, Auswertungen)
Profile
- Du studierst Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du begeisterst dich für IT-Infrastruktur, Datenmanagement und Prozesse.
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in IT-Systemen, Datenpflege oder Datenanalyse mit.
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus.
- Du denkst analytisch und hast ein gutes Verständnis für Zusammenhänge.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel).
Surrounding conditions
- Die Tätigkeit ist auf 20 Wochenstunden ausgelegt, die flexibel gestaltbar sind.
Während der vorlesungsfreien Zeit kannst Du die Arbeitszeit auf bis zu 40 Wochenstunden erhöhen. - Du bist Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das dich mit viel Know-how und Engagement unterstützt.
