Tasks
KAMAX ist auf Kaltumformprozesse von Schrauben spezialisiert. Um dem Ziel näher zu kommen, die Pressfolgen automatisiert erstellen zu lassen, sind analytische Berechnungsgrundlagen zu entwickeln, die die wichtigsten Parameter bei der Umformung liefern und als Basis zur Umform-Stadienplan-Erstellung dienen. Die eingeführten Berechnungsgrundlagen sind mittels CAD (NX 1926) sowie vorliegenden Erfahrungswerten zu validieren.
Im Anschluss an das Praktikum besteht die Möglichkeit zur Erstellung einer Bachelor- oder Masterthesis.
Profile
- Sie befinden sich im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium eines ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Studiengangs.
- Sie verfügen über eine sehr gute Auffassungsgabe und eine überdurchschnittliche Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft.
- Sie besitzen eine Affinität zur Mathematik und beherrschen die Herleitung von Formeln.
- Sie besitzen erste Erfahrungen mit einem CAD-Programm, vorzugsweise NX.
- Sie hatten bereits erste Berührungspunkte im Umgang mit Programmiersprachen (C#, C++) unter Verwendung entsprechender Tools (z.B. NXopen).
