Tasks
- Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Wärmebehandlung, führen eine Gruppe von 60 Mitarbeitenden im Contibetrieb und fördern deren Weiterentwicklung.
- Sie sorgen für den optimalen Ressourceneinsatz unter wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten.
- Sie tragen Termin-, Qualitäts- und Kostenverantwortung.
- Sie setzen die gruppenrelevanten Abteilungsziele um.
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheit sowie Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutz im Einsatzbereich sicher.
- Sie stoßen Veränderungsprozesse an und arbeiten aktiv in KPM Projekten mit.
Profile
- Sie haben Ihre Ausbildung zum Techniker oder Meister idealerweise im Metallbereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie haben Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Produktion.
- Sie verfügen über Führungskompetenzen, Teamfähigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent.
- Sie sind in der Lage zielgruppenorientiert zu kommunizieren und Ihre Mitarbeitenden zu motivieren.
- Sie überzeugen durch Ihre Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsstärke.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
